What is the deal with the overnight requirement?

Our delivery drivers are available to drop off and pick-up equipment along their route in the mornings. This delivery route has some flexibility, but not enough to accommodate afternoon/evening returns. This means, on any given day, we can either deliver equipment or pick it up, but we can’t do both, and maintain the great customer experience that is so important to us.

If you prefer to use the equipment at the beach without the worry of storage or transportation, we totally understand! That’s why we offer our beach day experiences. These are structured to provide same-day delivery and pick up at great locations and great times. For more information about this option click here
