How do returns work?

We do our returns (aka pick-ups) the same way we do delivery. Our driver will call you by 8:30am on the scheduled day to arrange a time. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR RETURNS. You can leave the equipment in an accessible location and our driver will retrieve it. You will receive a text message indicating that all of your equipment has been checked back into our inventory.
